Plain-language summary of what we store, what we delete, and how long we keep it.
What we store
Account details: your email address and name, used to sign you in and manage your account.
Registered sites: the site URLs and display names you add to your dashboard, along with their licence keys and status.
Scan findings: the accessibility findings produced when your pages are scanned, including severity, WCAG reference, page URL, and the relevant HTML snippet.
Fix-rule sets: the fix rules you generate, approve, enable, or disable, together with their version history.
Reports: scan summaries and audit records generated for your sites.
What we do not keep
Raw rendered HTML of your pages is deleted after analysis. We keep the findings derived from it — not the page itself.
Retention
Scan findings and reports are retained for 12 months so you can review your history and download records. After that window they are removed.
If you remove a site, its licence key, scans, findings, and fix rules are deleted with it. If you close your account, all associated data is deleted.
Tracking
We do not track you or your visitors without explicit opt-in. The public scanner records only a hashed IP address for rate limiting; it cannot be used to identify you.
